FTBL Exchange

The recruitment platform we built and run.

FTBL Exchange connects clubs, agents and players. A club or agent posts a request with the real terms, agents put forward players who fit, and players can apply for themselves. The club is never named on a request, and a club never sees a player's wage, only whether it sits inside or above the budget.

No paid tier, no commission, no advertising.
